Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Sales / Franchise Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage franchise leads
- Explain franchise model, ROI, and benefits
- Conduct meetings, presentations & follow-ups
- Guide franchise partners through onboarding & documentation
- Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Confident, self-driven & persuasive personality
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Experience in sales/business development preferred
