How to request deletion of personal information held by Bestway Supermart.

- Email info@bestwaysupermart.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name, phone number and/or email address you used when submitting the enquiry so we can locate the relevant record.
- State that you want Bestway Supermart to delete your personal data. If your request relates specifically to a Facebook or Instagram lead form, mention that in the email.
Verification
For security, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
After a valid request is verified, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise personal information under our control that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
Third-party platforms
This process covers information controlled by Bestway Supermart. If you also want information deleted from Facebook, Instagram or another third-party platform, you may need to use that platform's own privacy or account controls.
